All items are new and inspected once received and again before shipping items to the customer. If there is an error we would gladly accept returns for exchanges, other wise all sales are final. The policy for all sales are final is due to the safety of the health and beauty products.
Most items ship out in 5-7 business days unless noted. Email confirmation will be automatically sent when parcel is processed and tracking number is available.
